About KeptLet
In one line: KeptLet keeps every landlord certificate in date and every rented home in England ready for the new landlord database.
In a paragraph: From 15 December 2026 every rented home in England must be registered on the new landlord database, region by region. KeptLet keeps track of every certificate, deadline and legal duty for the homes a landlord lets, with a red, amber or green light for each home and reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before anything expires. It keeps a dated record of certificates sent to tenants, repairs and check-in photos, and sorts rent and costs into HMRC's categories. Landlords own their records: they can export everything at any time, and if they cancel, their account goes read-only rather than being locked.
KeptLet is a checklist and reminder tool, not legal advice.
